We have our products stocked in several warehouses across the world. We will usually ship your product from the warehouse closest to your location. We ship from the U.S. EU & China.

Shipping time will be different depending on your location. Most of our orders arrive within 5-10 days.
In some rare circumstances (depending on local postal service and customs) it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive, this is however very rare.

We use a variety of shipping carriers depending on your location and which warehouse your items are shipped from.
We always choose the fastest carrier to your location!

Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order ships out from our warehouse. The tracking number will be sent to the email you used for your purchase.
